Search + AI Answers is monthly search work for small businesses in the US and the UK, healthcare practices included. Starter is $450 a month and Growth is $850 a month, both with a 3-month minimum and then month to month. It covers the usual SEO work (posts, on-page fixes, your Google Business Profile) and the newer job of getting named when a customer asks ChatGPT or Google's AI answers who to call.
Most small-business SEO is sold as a report of activity. I would rather show you two numbers every month: where you rank on the keywords that bring customers, and how often the AI engines name you on the questions those customers ask.
Starter, $450 a month
- Up to 4 posts a month, written answer-first around real customer questions.
- On-page fixes: titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, the pages Google cannot read properly.
- Google Business Profile kept accurate and active.
- Search Console and Bing set up and watched.
- Weekly rankings on 20 keywords, and AI-answer tracking on 12 questions.
- Structured data and FAQ basics, so the facts on your pages are machine-readable.
- A monthly report that says what moved and what I am doing next.
Growth, $850 a month
Everything in Starter, plus:
- Up to 8 posts a month, and a competitor keyword gap: the searches your competitors show up for and you do not.
- Active AI-answer work on 30 questions: answer-first rewrites, structured data, and citations on the directories the engines read.
- A quarterly refresh of your top pages, so they do not go stale.
- A monthly call.
What a fix can do
A hemophilia telehealth practice's site rendered only in the browser, so Google had indexed 3 of its 17 pages. After my server-rendering fix went live on 20 October 2026, 13 of 23 pages were indexed, and Search Console showed 695 impressions in 28 days, up from zero. That is the first problem I look for, because no amount of writing helps a page Google cannot read.
