A site of up to 5 pages starts at $400 and goes live in 7 to 10 working days. The business site, up to 12 pages with a blog and booking, is $1,200 and takes 2 to 3 weeks. I build from my office in Pakistan.
A small business site has three jobs: say plainly what you do and where, let a customer reach you in one tap, and let Google read every page. Most templates manage the first and fumble the other two.
The small site, from $400
- Up to 5 pages on a modern Next.js build that works properly on phones.
- A contact form, on-page SEO, analytics, and Search Console set up.
- One round of revisions, and live in 7 to 10 working days.
- You supply the copy, or I write it for $150 more.

- Up to 12 pages, and a blog you edit yourself.
- A booking embed from the scheduling tool you already use.
- Copy written from an interview with you, so it sounds like your business.

What is not included
Online shops, logos, sites in more than one language, and any form that collects health details. Hosting is not included either: it goes on an account in your name, and its provider bills you directly. When I hand over, the site is yours, the way a portfolio site I built for a studio runs on the studio's own accounts.

I build the public site only. No form on it collects health details, so it never holds patient data, and the copy makes no claim about care or outcomes.

- Who owns the website and the hosting?
- You do. The hosting goes on an account in your name from day one and its provider bills you directly, so the site stays yours whether or not you keep working with me.
- Why Next.js instead of WordPress or Wix?
- Speed and less upkeep. A Next.js site serves finished pages, so it loads fast on phones and Google can read every page, and there are no plugins to keep patching. The trade-off is that the layout is not drag and drop. The business site includes a blog you edit yourself for the changes you make most often.
